Fayetteville Picking Park is a group of bluegrass enthusiasts who meet on the 2nd Saturday of each month from January-November, at the Historic Fayetteville Square, to play and listen to bluegrass music. The beginner jam takes place from 2-3, in the Old Firehouse. Picking circles form after that in the Firehouse and around the Courthouse Square. Jamming continue until everyone’s ready to go home, which usually happens by 9 pm.
